ComPsych is the district’s provider for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This is a free, confidential resource available to all SPPS employees and anyone living in their household.
Whether you need counseling, financial advice, or legal support, the EAP is here to help you and your family members 24 hours a day.

Counseling
The Employee Assistance Program is provided by ComPsych® GuidanceResources® which offers personal, couples and family counseling sessions. You have 5 free counseling sessions through the district, but you may ask the coordinator to match you to a provider in your health insurance network, so that can continue seeing you after your 5 free sessions have been completed, if desired.
Other Services
This Employee Assistance Program offers legal and financial consultation, work-life assistance, crisis intervention services and counseling to all our employees and their household family members.
